General Management: Vice President (1997 – 2000) responsible for office building leasing, construction and management supervision. Oversight of property managers and eleven office buildings, consisting of 1,196,000 square feet. Assistant Vice President (1991-1997). Property Manager (1984-1991).
Construction: Completed the construction, organized leasing and management set up for The Francis G. Newlands Building, a 300,000 square foot Class “A” office building atop the Bethesda Metro Station.
